Evidence-based therapy for LGBTQ individuals and couples in the heart of Denver
Brett Marroquin, Ph.D.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Welcome.
I know the process of finding the right therapist can be overwhelming, especially when you need it the most.
You may have been in emotional pain for a while, feeling dragged down by anxiety, hurt, shame, or relationship problems.
I understand, and I’m glad you’re here.
I’m Dr. Brett Marroquin. I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Denver, Colorado with over 15 years of experience helping gay, queer, and LGBTQ clients break free from anxiety, depression, and relationship problems.
As a specialist in LGBTQ-affirmative therapy, I use scientifically-supported, evidence-based techniques — including a warm and caring therapist-client relationship — to help you tackle thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to free you up to be the person you want to be, and live the life you deserve.
You don’t have to go it alone.
Maybe you’re struggling with fear, worry, social anxiety, panic, or obsessive thinking. Or you’re grappling with the challenges of being a gay or LGBTQ person in the world right now, feeling isolated, alone, or uncertain.
Or maybe you’re a couple (or another relationship type) struggling with conflict, unhappiness, or feeling disconnected and stuck. You don’t know what to do, and you can’t seem to find someone who “gets” your relationship enough to truly help you thrive together.
As a proud member of the gay community with a commitment to blending proven therapies with the unique needs of gay and LGBTQ people, I am here to help.
